2023 Chardonnay

Introducing the 4th vintage of Cellar 13 Winery's Chardonnay! Aged 8 months on 20% new French Oak, 60% neutral Oak and 20% Stainless Steel - this combination helps retain the acidity while showcasing the fruit profile. The fruit was sourced from the Kalthoff Common area (Block 12 Vineyard, north facing hillside (cooler climate)) in the Livermore AVA. On the nose, this wine is brimming with green apple blossoms, apricot and white roses.
