2023 Albariño

People always ask us, "what is Albariño?"  Albariño is a white wine that is very popular in Spain and Portugal.  It is believed to have originated around the border of the Vinho Verde (Northern Portugal) and Galicia (North West Spain) regions. So depending on where you’re drinking the wine or where it was produced, the label will state either Alvarinho (Portugal) or Albariño (Spain).

Our Albariño comes from the Las Positas' Vineyards on Wetmore Road, in Livermore, CA.  We were so fortunate to get this amazing fruit!  Like we always say - "great fruit makes great wine!".  Our 2023 Albariño is crisp and bright with aromatic notes of stone fruits and honeysuckle.  This wine pairs well with seafood, paella and fatty cheeses. 

Warm sunny weather, sharing a bottle with friends, good food and making memories to last a lifetime - that is Albariño to us!  We hope you enjoy this wine as much as we do!
